This is just a very basic mini-skirt, simple as that. It has 3 pearl button closures at the back but is otherwise utterly unremarkable except in its versatility.
This item is NOT MESH, just a crotch prim.

Pretty disappointed...
The skirt is very poor for the cost, since the skirt is PRIM it clips through my avi all over whenever I walk or stand not perfectly straight. I wish I had saved my Ls and bought something mesh, then this wouldn't be a problem.
