Wingsong KID Fishing Boat ADD Box

This boat is a wearable attachment; it goes anywhere you go and it does not support passengers. It is designed specifically for KID avatars.

We also make REZ-based and full sized boats (including this body style) available separately at our Marketplace store (keywords: boat).

This boat is compatible with most major fishing rods (it is NOT compatible with the Fish Hunt Beginner or Pro rods).

You get THREE sets of boats (each set has 2 boats: With and Without a Torch):
(1) CHILD (6 - 9 years old; 4.5 feet tall)
(2) TWEEN (10 - 12 years old; 5 feet tall)
(3) TEEN (13 - 16 years old; 6 feet tall)

Have you noticed how few items there are (except clothing!) available to the Petite avatars? Because we at the Wingsong Dojo love to PLAY, this disturbed us. So - we had to do something.

We made a few items specifically for KIDS. We do custom orders, so if you're looking for a specific item in KID size, IM Kit Ciaco.

FEATURES and HOW TO USE

1 - Turn off or disable other Animation Overrides This is not always necessary, but if you flail around it's usually because you have another AO fighting for your body.

2 - ADD rod, then your boat. Cast using your specific rod's protocols. The animation does NOT cast.

3 - Your boat floats on any body of natural linden water - it will not float on artificial water.

4 - For a realistic fire, click on your torch. It will burn out after a little bit, or you can turn it off by touching it again.

5 - In my experience the fish tend to bite best when it's raining. Click on the little red "cooler" in the back of the boat for a very nice downpour.

6 - You can tint your boat manually using the EDIT tool OR you can use the handy onboard tinting system by typing "/953 color" in the local chat window - without quotes and where "color" is the actual color you want. You can select from the following colors:

black, white, grey, light grey, dark grey, cream, dark red, red, light yellow, yellow, dark yellow, light green, green, dark green, cyan, turquoise, teal, light blue, blue, dark blue, light purple, purple, dark purple, orange, brown, dark brown, pink, dark pink, indigo, olive

SO - if you want to change your boat's color to teal, type "/953 teal" without the quotation marks. Like this:

/953 teal

And - DONE! You have a teal boat!

7 - Click on the hull of your boat for a menu of three relaxing water audio loops.

8 - And of course your boat is COPY/MOD!

BONUS

For folks who would like to do nontournament FREE fishing, we're including our Wingsong Cane Pole FREE. This is a very realistic cane pole fashioned after ones I grew up fishing with in real life. It's got a great flexi line. Click on the pole for a menu of ambient nature sounds (surf, frogs, cricket, brook). Click on the line for random seagull sounds (click again to turn this feature off).
