■ Description
+ The skybox comes with realistic city views and a reflective style floor. You can change the floor from reflective to non-reflective via the switch on the wall in the skybox. Please note that the reflective floor effect is only achieved by placing objects below the floor line directly beneath themselves. This is why the lower area is not used and has no access to it. This is not a 2 story building, this is a one story skybox. However, you can easily add a floor to the lower area and a TP device to pass between floors. ;)

+ You can also control who has access to the floor changer with Group, None and Specific Residents as the available choices.

+ The skybox itself is 100% mesh with an excellent draw distance so looks great at nearly all distances and at only 3Li allows you to fill it with more of your own decorations and furniture.

+ The textures are high quality and have been fully baked giving the studio a super realistic and highly professional look and feel.
