This is a most unique nice meshed ad board with a very high LOD (visible from distance, no triangle bug). The corners are nicely rounded and there is a decent badge on the upper right side showing the actual adboard status (red = offline, green = online, blue = vacant).
It comes in three editions:
- BASIC >> comes with full features, except the "pay the tenant" ones.
- PRO >> everybody can pay the $ bill on the adboard and tip the actual tenant. The tenant´s name shows as hover text close the dollar bill - just in case to not get
confused and tip someone you dont like to tip (anti fraud feature).
- PRO SE>> like PRO but with a special "KEEP CALM available, rent me" texture
Optional:
You can run the boards with the T-o-M server and keep track of tips/tributes.

• very high LOD, mesh rarely causes the triangle bug.
Modify!
I was looking for an ad rental sign that would keep in theme to my island. I came across this adboard and loved it. I did read the reviews. I also find them to be helpful. However, I was only concerned with being able to modify it, in order to still be able to use the sign. I contacted the creator who confirmed this! The creator was very pleasant to communicate with as well. So, I think I have made 2 creators happy, who have in turn, made me very happy! Thank you so much.
Doesnt work
TOM things are pretty much dead. The aboard doesn't work at all, don't buy
Just wow!
Okay, so I was having to use up prims to put out shelves, deco, and the ad boards. This thing saves me prims, is super easy to set up, AND has direct tributes. I couldn't as for a better ad board. Thank you!
