land impact equal to 3 for version 1 with more detail in the faces (one overal texture for the large edges, and 7 for displays) but this remains 3 LI if all dimensions are multiplied with 4

The Li isn't 1 but 3 !
You can do the same shape with only 4 basics linked prims, converted in convex hull.
Even for 9 L$, don't waiste your money.
