temporary color bling stars generator/temp rez script and bling script

temporary bling prims generator.(transparent 1 prim ball is rezzing bling prims)
prim count only 1 for land.(when rez on land..... and also u can wear this one on avatar)
every minutes,rezzing some temporary bling prims at random position.
(please tune up as u like)

Note:
please check lag of land (before/after) use this one.

Need a few knowledge of scripting for tune up the zone where bling prims appears.
