Updated permissions to modify and transfer (2021)

Any unnecessary comments (ie. body mutilation) due to my 'lack of knowledge' on creating items will void any refunds. If you purchased prior, and were pleasant about a complaint, please let me refund. Made store 8+ years ago as a kid for fun, updated in 2021 to update permissions and continue selling low priced, original products.
