White Tie

It is meant for a giant and can't be resized, it looks great otherwise, but it's useless without modify permissions, also it's default rotation make it a hassle to position properly. My avatar is 7.54 feet tall so he's not a midget and he is dwarfed by it so you can imagine how big your avatar needs to be to wear it. I've given three stars because it looks nice otherwise.
