PRICING ESTIMATES: Pricing guidelines are as follows which are approximations. Many variables come into play during a project that can alter the final costs:RESIDENCES: One room $750L plus what you want to spend for new furnishings. Two rooms $1000L plus what you want to spend for new furnishings. Full home (3 rooms and up, including exterior landscaping) $1500L plus what you want to spend for new furnishings, architectural outdoor décor and landscaping. PARCELS & SIMS: ¼ Sim interiors and exteriors $2500L, ½ Sim interiors and exteriors $5000L, Full Sim interiors and exteriors (per 2 full sim footprint elevation levels) $10,000L. Custom builds pricing is determinate on how many of the team is involved in it's creation, size and scale of the build. The above estimates are if only 1 or 2 of us is needed, since the fee is split evenly between all members that put in work.
