We are a store that provides a variety of products for our Second Life customers. We pride ourselves on good fast customer service, a quality product at a reasonable price and if we can't make it right we will refund you an appropriate amount.

I may be in world and not responding. If this is the case I'm working on bringing you new and exciting products. I never, ever, ever ignore a customer. I do however turn on do not disturb to keep from being distracted by groups, friends and customers while building.
Distractions lead to mistakes and I like to put items out right the first time.- Policies
We are not required to refund any purchase. The choice to refund is ours alone and will be based on the circumstances.
Double purchases of Copy items will always be refunded.
No Copy items are always returnable for a full refund within 7 days if you are not satisfied or make a double purchase. DO NOT just send it back!! A notecard and an IM will do to lock the date/time of your request.
