Unless otherwise stated, houses are sold Copy / Modify, via a rezzing system. Furniture is sold Modify / Transfer.
COPY houses are sold subject to my Fair Use Policy, which allows a single copy of each house to be rezzed at any one time. Multiple rezzings of a single purchase (such as for rental businesses) is not permitted other than by written arrangement.
