OK - being mesh it took a few goes to get used to texturing the various faces. But after a few practices I was delighted to find not only can the various faces be textured, but normal seamless textures work just fine, no need for fancy maps.
Also. To change size to my needs, I had to edit linked parts. It has 3 objects, the house, one interior light, one sliding glass door. Once I set the house size I wanted it was easy to edit the door and light back into place at the right size.
Best of all is the low LI ! - 16 at the max after messing with it ! Congratulations SageBuilds ! A great price too ! 5 stars !

low prim as others said good for anything sky box included
rezes in one piece so easy to move around even later on
nice messh could be more faces to texture separately but the textures are there and a few minutes with GIMP makes it all redone the way one wants to
