There is a fly swarm around the bin, just click the bin to turn it off.

If the bin's aren't rezzing correctly look at the image re-rendering that I have attached to fix this, just make sure both those options are checked and all will be well. That setting is handy for a lot of mesh objects. So preferences - graphics - rendering to get there.
