The Beachfront Residence is sold as either PG or MATURE- ADULT.
The ONLY difference between these two versions is in animations- Mature version has adult animated furniture,
while PG version has regular- PG animations and cuddles only.

WHAT YOU GET:

- Both versions of the same structure ( ground and skybox version )

a. Ground level structure - standard residential structure without surroundings.
b. Skybox version includes building with very specific surroundings
( huge prims included- terrain, skydome and water prims ).

Both versions can easily fit the 4096 sq. meters parcels. Keep in mind that due to huge prims, surroundings will go across borders but wont be considered in prim count of adjacent parcel.

Please be advised to check the prim count on your parcel prior to purchase, some parcels might have less prims available than others.

Other displayed furniture peaces ( plumbing fixtures, rugs, shelves, paintings, lamps, cabinets, curtains, entire kitchen, shower, wardrobe etc. ) come with the building by default ( auto rez ) and have copy permissions.

- Curtains are used instead of windows tint scripts- ON/OFF function. Default curtains have texture changing option, same goes for the living room wallpaper.

- Animated kitchen, bathroom, sinks, mirror, makeup table, wardrobe, pool and bar ( "text bubbles " at our demo area will help you find animated house parts ). Animation count in those depends on maturity rating as well.

- Mesh Dock which is optional and only mesh object

- bonus Floor textures for living room and dining area without some furniture shadows included - in case you want to redecorate large open space areas at some point in future.

* Means that the furniture has been textured specially for this build. Permissions may vary. Color/texture changing options are not included.
Animations count inside furnishings vary depending on whether you decide to buy PG or MATURE version.
Furnishings are set to FULL BRIGHT for the best visual experience. Further and more detailed information about particular furniture peace,
check standard versions at out main store ( permissions and animation count may not apply ).

To set up your build:

1. Rez the Rez-Faux package - object called Beachfront Residence by Abiss - Skybox version OR Beachfront Residence Ground version (depends what you want to rezz)

2. Position your rezzer object in relative centre of your land parcel (this is important if you land is relative small size for example 4k sqm), orient package accordingly to layout plan located on top of rezzer box.

3. a) Ground version - raise object few meters from ground
b) Skybox structure - right click and sit on rezzer, then move up to desired altitude

2. Select "Rez" from the menu. Wait while the entire structure rezzes in a pile and then snaps into position.

3. Move and rotate the rezzer object as you please, and watch the build move to match it.

4. When you're done, click "Save", which will freeze your build into position. You may then delete the rezzer package.

Structure is sold as displayed.
You may use it as you like.
Resale of any piece in case of sl permissions bug is prohibited.
Terrain prim is phantom and must be in that state for proper house usage (skybox version only)
Animations number and content may vary depending on purchased package maturity rating.
No other texture changing options are included but those displayed and/or stated.
You can change textures on certain prims ( eg. painting ), however re-texturing or prim rearrangement is not advised.
Entire structure is mod/copy in both versions so you can always rez another copy in case you made an accident mistake.
Furniture is no mod in general, in this package and also most pieces are no copy
