Adam Weathered Boathouse(62LI, 18x15)

Adam Weathered Boathouse is a single storey house on high stilts. It is meant to be placed on water, but if you can also use it for land. Just edit out the unnecessary parts.

It has one bedroom and an open style living, dining and kitchen area. There is also a private outdoor balcony at the back of the house.

The long windows are scripted to open and close.

This building is 62 land impact and has a base area of 18x15. You can place it on a 512 parcel but it will look better on a 1024 parcel.

It is copy, mod, no transfer and partial mesh. It is UNFURNISHED. The furnitures are from Bazar. I have also included a REZZER for easy positioning.
