They look fantastic and you can copy them.

You can control who sits in the chair.
if you have it set to owner only, if someone tries to sit they will not be able to.
The default setting is to have the camera locked.
if you click and hold the on the chair you get another menu and can adjust that.

These make a wonderful addition to my waterside deck, look marvellous, and have a great choice of animations. If I had to find a criticism, I might ask that you add a whitened/bleached wood option. Otherwise, perfect! Thankyou
