Relax in style in this cozy reading nook. Great for small land parcels or as a little getaway on your estate. The build is all mesh with the exception of a single cube prim which is the control switch for the doors, lights and windows.
In the box I have included a small and large version to accommodate different avatar sizes. Large version shown in pictures.
The large version has a land impact rating of 44 and the smaller version is 39.
The build is modifiable as well so you can adjust it further to suit your size if the default sizes don't suit you.
Footprints are approximately 8.7 X 15 meters for the large version and 7.2 X 12.2 meters for the small version.
IMPORTANT! - Requires mesh capable viewer to display properly.

A really lovely, quality little build that will be perfect for an Oriental theme or just to add a stylish garden building to your land, to laze away the summer days in.
I'm really glad I bought it..... low Land Impact, 3 different sized buildings (a large, small & one has resize options), make this really good value for money.
