A simple but cute cottage with a medieval feel. Using only 54 prims / Land Impact you will have plenty of space left for decoration even on a 512 sqm parcel.
The building itself is all mesh with the exception of a single cube prim near the door and the fire flames which are a sculpted prim.
The building is copy/mod but the scripts are copy only. It can be retextured using normal textures with no special skills required if you like and I have included in the box an alternate stone texture for you to experiment with.
Approximate footprint is 12.5 X 15 meters.
IMPORTANT: Requires mesh enabled viewer to display properly.
