AIRWOLF
MODIFY AND COPY, GUEST MODE, GROUP MODE, COPILOT CONTROLS, ......
Airwolf is the helicopter from the 1980s American television series of the same name. The aircraft itself was a modified Bell 222 twin-engined light helicopter built by Bell Helicopter and owned by JetCopters Inc.
Equipped with VICE / TCS and CMS
This package Contains:
Airwolf = Fully armed scripted version
Airwolf Display = Display version without scripts
Airwolf HUD = HUD you wear on your center HUD attachment (simply just wear)
Flight Controls:
Page Up increases Collective, above 50% ascending
Page Down decreases Collective, below 50% decends
At 50% collective the helicopter has a automated passive altitude control prohibiting the helicopter to loose altitude during maneuvers.
Using the p in chat command or Hold Altitude or P on the HUD it will actively hold your altitude at the height activated.
Arrows left and right will make the aircraft turn between 0% - 10% cyclic or turn and bank when cyclic is above or below 10%.
Arrows shift left and right will make the aircraft strafe left and right at 0% cyclic or turn and bank when cyclic is above or below 0%.
Arrows Forward and Reverse will increase or decrease cyclic, making the aircraft fly faster forward or revers.
Turbo Boost is activated when cyclic is at 100%
Mouselook Steering
Mouselook steering can be activated with the m command or on the HUD pressing Mouse Steer.
Deactivated you can fly in mouselook using the normal keyboard controls as described above.
When activated and when in mouselook the vehicle will try to turn such that it points in the same direction as your camera.
Arrows left and right will make the aircraft strafe, arrows forward and reverse will increase or decrease cyclic forward and reverse speed.
At 0% cyclic the aircraft will be steered without banking and above or below steering is coupled with banking.
Above 50% cyclic you are able to perform advanced maneuvers and loopings.
When out of mouselook the aircraft can be controlled with your keyboard normally as explained above.

you'll LOVE IT!
I bought 1 & had to learn these new to me controls. That took all of 30 minutes with the ncs that come with it.
I LOVE MY AIRWOLF!
Best Airwolf
The is by far the best Airwolf Helicopter on the grid, hands down
Brilliant!
Looks fantastic. Nicely scripted. Fast! Sim crossings are as smooth as any vehicle I have ever used. Easily my favourite way to fly.
Warning: Even though it doesn't play the theme tune, you will start humming it and get it stuck in your head ;o)
Great!
This is more than worth the price! The only thing missing is the Airwolf theme music playing as you fly.
Unbeatable
Seen/have every episode of Airwolf, have it for Flight Simulator X, and it was a must have once I saw it on here. No words can describe how amazingly detailed this piece of work is. 5 Stars does it no justice. As for handling, that's superb. Easy to learn to fly, even for a novice, and loads of fun :)
Amazing
This is an amazing reproduction of Airwolf. Love it. Do have the same door issue I reported on the Bell 222, but that's not a game-changer anymore than on the 222. I DO wish it came with textures. Would be nice to mod out the Redwolf/Airwolf II variation. Yes, i'm THAT much of a geek. Lol
