NOTE: The cabin will appear as 'No Modify' in your inventory due to scripts permissions, but will be 'Modify' when rezzed.

Anne Cabin II includes:
- High-quality textures
- 2 Floors
- Space for dining room, living room, bed room, and a bath room or office
- House control for lights, doors, ceiling fans, windows, blinds, and radio
- Lights come with three intensities and different colors
- Doors are lockable with access list
- Ceiling fans have three speeds and light
- Windows have three intensities for privacy
- Blinds have open/close sound
- You can add your own radio stations
- Beautiful mesh kitchen (fridge and stove with scripted doors)
- Mesh fireplace with on/ff fire, sound, and smoke. Smoke disappears when fire is off. Fireplaces come with a menu to kill sound or modify the fire. Simply click on the fire and hold it down for a few seconds and the menu will come up.
- Beautiful mesh stairs
- Front and rear porches and a nice front terrace for a good view of your land or skybox
- Rez-Faux for easy rez and placement of the cabin right where you want it.
