An Apple Barrel
This barrel with apples gives an Apple on touch. It's a classic sim accessory, and useful as Fall / Autumn Decoration too.
May be used in your medieval market, western farm or an orchard. Leave it out on your dock for passing Role Play travelers to steal a bite to eat.
