The Hetton Barn Conversion is a small slice of Americana that is a gift from me to you for being an awesome customer. It's a small space but makes a perfect summer house or entertaining room.
The house is a single room with an exposed vaulted ceiling with oak beams. The build is 76 Land Impact and is modify / copy.
The doors are scripted to slide open and close, the centres of the windows can also be opened on touch.

Couldn't ask for a nicer free building! Very easy to modify as well, if you want to get creative. It's a great little space, perfect for small parcels, artist studios, shops, whatever you like!
