The Hetton Barn Conversion is a small slice of Americana that is a gift from me to you for being an awesome customer. It's a small space but makes a perfect summer house or entertaining room.
The house is a single room with an exposed vaulted ceiling with oak beams. The build is 76 Land Impact and is modify / copy.
The doors are scripted to slide open and close, the centres of the windows can also be opened on touch.

I got this building as a school house, its so gorgeous. It's modifiable so I left the exterior as it was and fixed up the windows and interior to convert into a school room. Such a beautiful building

I've picked up this barn a while ago and wanted to add a review :) I love love this build. It's so good for any season! The windows are interactive and it feels so spacey despite being relatively small. And it's FREE. Absolutely worth it <3
