GREETER FUNCTIONS

● Says customised welcome message in private chat (two paragraphs)
● Welcome message can be personalised with the visitor's full name or first name
● Gives items (notecard/LM/object/texture, any number, auto-detects items to give)
● Plays custom sound once on arrival.
● Loads webpage link in popup and private chat.
● Offers group invite (private chat message) to same group as Object or any other group by UUID.
● Customisable group invite message (group members with tag active ignored)
● Ignore list of up to 15 names for staff or regulars
● Anti-spam memory of up to 200 names
● All features optional

REPORTING FUNCTIONS

● IMs owner with hyperlinks to profile and location
● Can IM up to 6 other people on visit
● Automatically emails visitor lists – Set & Forget
● Email reports daily, weekly, monthly, on demand
● Name reports formatted for ready to use with Mailbox or Postmaster (one name per line, no header)
● Reports names on demand via touch or email
● Automatically sends email and clears list when full (200) for safety backup.
● 200 names is the approx size limit of a single email from SL (~4000 characters). You can leave it with no regular email set and it will automatically email you every 200 names and clear its list, requiring no maintenance.

GENERAL SETUP

● Rez the Visitor Greeter prim and rename (object name will show as "sender" of any IMs and emails).
● Replace texture if you want mat to show (or use invisible option in menu). Or stretch out to use as walk-though invisible detector
Set to group if you wish to do group invites
● Edit "Config" notecard for message to say, email address, email subject, ignore list, other names to notify.

MENU OPTIONS

● Set IM Owner on/off (IM owner is ON by default)
● Choose Profile link and/or SLURL (or none) in message.
● Choose Auto Email frequency - daily, weekly or monthly
● Choose Group Invite on/off (OFF by default)
● Choose URL on/off (OFF by default)
● Click "Check Setup" to list current setup
● Click "Test Click" to see what visitor receives.
