The Automatic Scene Rezzer will allow you to save a huge amount of prims on your land.
The rezzer will automatically rezz a scene when people enter an area, and remove it again when people leave the area. When it's well done, people won't notice anything.

You must own all objects to rezz.
All objects must be MOD + COPY.
You must have rezz rights on your land.
Extremely simple to use, well-tested, low-lag (<0.001ms), works even for large scenes (rezz area max radius 96 m), rezz area can be several boxes combined.
I use this product myself daily : i have 30 rezzers on my land for many rooms and whole floors.

What I wanted
I love how easy this is to use, and how many prims I can save with it. I like being able to tp up to a build and have it ready for use almost immediately, while also having it take up almost no prims normally.

Buy this now 250L$ is a big joke, how mutch are you ready to pay to get 2000 more prims or even 5000 more or maybe more ?! it is the best bought i have done in 9 years ! the bigest problem on SL = PRIMS i cant say here all the scene i have build on my homestand sim and still i have load of prims left ...... the price to pay = 1 or 2 second to wait for your scene to load haha ! this box script have no price for me i'm so happy and it is so easy to set up .

Works great, not overly complicated took me a few minutes to read the instructions and set up my scene and was done in about 10 min.
Exactly what I was looking for
This was absolutely perfect as I was setting up areas on a homestead that did not need to be rezzed unless someone was actually there. Simple and very effective script.
