BREEZE BEACH HOUSE
This ultra low L.I house was built using meshes especially made by me for Second Life and very high quality textures. It is light and airy and easy to cam in and gives you a true beach atmosphere with its huge windows and white wood floor and walls.
No rezzer or unlinked parts - easy to set up. This 100% mesh house is only 7 L.I. and has a foorprint of 15m by 21m.
The house is mod/copy/no trans so you can have fun changing the textures or layout, but please make sure you make a copy of the house before you change it in any way so you always have the original. You can resize the house. Please note that adding scripts or resizing the house may change the Land Impact
The free mesh palm is only 1 L.I.Put out a few in different sizes around your beach house for a really laid-back, coastal look.
Make this house your home on the beach! It's a great place to escape to and watch the sunset.
This house can also be used as a shop building. The neutral texturing will not detract from pictures on your vendors

i can totally confirm the former reviews. It's just a beautiful open sea view beach house, with low LI and an incredible price, exactly what i like to create my own sweet home, cozy and warm, different to the usual braggart houses lots of people seem to need *laughs* thanks so very much

I just wanted to say how much I appreciated not only the low gift price of this little house, but also the way it's been built - I've been able to easily combine two and make an extra spacious work/live studio. And it would be no problem combining more than 2. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness which has gone into the component parts - a lot of mesh house designers just produce one item "en bloc" where you can't remove walls etc. Not so here. Love it, thank you :-).
