This ultra low prim house was built using sculpties made by me and very high quality textures. It is light and airy and easy to cam in and gives you a true beach atmosphere with its 4 skylights, huge windows and bleached wood decking and subtle colours.
The main house has 20 prims. The optional front decking is 2 prims. The house is mod/copy so you can have fun changing the textures or layout, but please make sure you make a copy of the house before you change it in any way so you always have the original.
Each sculpted palm tree is 2 prims (3 with optional ground shadow). Put out a few in different sizes around your beach house for a really laid-back, coastal look.
Make this house your home on the beach! It's a great place to escape to.
This house can also be used as a shop building.

Gorgeous!
Amazing, very well detailed and for this price, unbelievable.
Amazing building at only 7 LI!
As a builder myself, I carefully check other builds before buying, but this was such a good price, I thought, why not? Once rezzed, the first thing I do is walk away from it or cam out, to see if anything breaks down from a distance. At 45 meters away and my LOD in my viewer set at 2.0 (which is default for most viewers), nothing broke down. It looked as good from 45 meters as from 1 meter away. Easily modifiable. Able to tint the "wood" parts to my liking. Could easily stack two of these and offset them. It is also a very attractive building. My hat off to this builder!
Wonderful!!!!!
I can't add anything else that has not already been said. Thank you.......
Darling Beach Shack!
Are you kidding me? I plopped it on my beach and it uses 7 prims. Oh the heaven of not using all my prims on a house. Landscape around it, put a pergola on top, or whatever you want. I wish I could show you a picture of mine! I did texture it -- one texture, I liked, another not so much, so take a copy just in case you mess it up. The glass will texture too, but whatever you use will be semi-transparent.
