The Aldernay Shop is 100% original mesh, especially made for Second Life. It is ideal as a stand-alone shop or as part of a mall. Its subtle and neutral textures make a prefect backdrop which will not clash with your displayed products or vendors.
No rezzer or unlinked parts - easy to set up. The building is 31 x 31 m and it has only 24 prims. Ultra low lag scripts and high quality, baked textures.
The shop is copy / modify / no transfer and can be resized. The Script inside the doors is no mod. It will automatically reset itself upon rezzing.
Linking and un-linking prims, adding scripts and resizing might change prim count so please make a copy of your item first.

Great for what I needed it for
Like the previous reviewer, I've been having issues with the doors, but it's no big deal because I didn't need them. The building is also modifiable, so anyone in SL that's selling something in this building and is worth their salt can simply reset the scripts or remove them if you don't need them. The building itself is absolutely perfect for what I needed it for (photography) the ceiling is tall and the inside is modifiable. It's also super cheap on land impact, and the mesh is nicely done with no bugs with camming around on the inside. Thanks for this great build. Well worth the money!
It looks nice, but..
The doors.. once opened, they can not close. You can close them for ~10 seconds, before they open by themselves. So I don't know what's wrong.. I tried to respawn the entire shop, but didn't work and there is no script to restart either.

VERY nice, perfect dimensions, and color scheme. Makes a great mainstore and is very easy to set up. Rezz and move, and you're ready to move in.
Perfect little shop
I just love all of Katy's creations and make a point to grab as many of them as I can because I know they will be well done and this is no exception. I needed a small store to set up a rezzer for customers to come try my products and this little shop is perfect. Great size, neutral colors, low prim, the cost is crazy good and it is well made. I hope a larger version comes out one day as well. Thank you for such a wonderful deal!
