Rezzing and Wearing
Rez the package on a safe area on your land or sandlot. Left click on the package and select "Open". Click on "Copy to Inventory". Go to your "Recent" file in your Inventory. Your purchase product should be there.
To Wear and fit the product to your Avatar, Left click on the item you want to wear and click "Add". The product will appear on your skull. The color may look blurred at first, but the true colors will appear shortly. To place the product on your head to look sharp, left click on the hat, click on "edit". You will be able to move and rotate the hat in any direction.

My apologies if you are unhappy with your new product, unfortunately, there are no refunds for any products, with the exception of a double purchase of the same item.
