I lived here for a few months in 2015 and I still miss it at times, also make sure to tune in to the owner's station it is simply awesome. I loved having all that space up in my virtual region, my partner and myself enjoyed our time here greatly, sadly my decoration fetish eventually outgrew the allotted land impact and we ended up buying a Sim again. But this place was absolutely lovely while we stayed!
It really is as described
I have rented here for 6 weeks. It really is 65535 square meters (256x256).
The virtual water gives the illusion of a group of islands on the ocean. There is no "skybox" look to it at all.
As of today, I have left only to move to a place where I have a bit more control. Here, in this location, you can't stream your own music; you can't have any "pets" (lag issue??); you can't give your friends landmarks to TP right to you (then end up down on the main island - apparently, it's a security feature) and you can't control the windlight, except locally on your viewer. The colors chosen for the region/sim may not be for everyone. But a few keystrokes and that's taken care of.
The owner, Chotaire is amazing to deal with and very helpful. About Lag, Chotaire is VERY watchful on things that can cause lag. This can be seen by there being pretty much no lag there at all. I've seen very few places on SL with no lag. This is one for sure.
So if you are looking for a huge place to "live" or build or learn to build, this is the place.
NOTE to Chotaire... any chance your virtual water system will be for sale for use by other sim owners? I bet you could make a huge profit selling that. It is that amazing.

Wow!!! It is absolutely breathtaking. The first time I went to take a look at the demo, I was totally amazed. What a revolutionary idea! I rented immediately for a month and plan to stay for a long time.

so great to have my own sim space relaxing in my home with my frend and all the space i need to create as big as i want without being disturb like in the free land builder no time limit yayyyy the vew is just perfect i realy enjoy being here i never notise i was in the sky so great work ty Chotaire this is so a great thing to offer it realy worth the price by far !

je peut aussi crée mes chose aussi grande que je veut j'ai l'espace d'une sim complete beaucoup que dans les lands de free builder et pas de limite de temp woohooo la vue est tres belle on ne dirais pas qu'on est en sky Bravo Chotaire qu'elle idée majestueuse tout est parfais avec une vue imprenable j'adore et tout sa offer a un prix ridicule !
