With this product, you get a DropBox, in which you put your items for sale, textures and notecards, and vendors - which you can rez around the grid anywhere you like. Included are many styles of vendor, including static and scrolling vendors. When a customer buys an item, it will be delivered from your DropBox - meaning you can manage every vendor on the grid from just one location!

Great product & Easy to use!
My hippos were getting more glitchy and more glitchy so i decided to purchase a new vending system... This one! GREAT DECISION! Works similar to the hippo but ALOT smoother! instructions were easy to find and easy to use and follow! I love that I can import all my old data too! Its so easy in fact.... I got my partner to purchase it for his shop too!

This is a reasonably priced system, and overall easy to set up. I like the dropboxes as opposed to 'servers' for managing items, not laggy and loads very quickly even when packing hundreds of items.
The website is easy to use, however, the first time you set it up, you must rez a vendor to even get the URL to set up your password, even if you have already set up passwords for other Capertech products. On hindsight, I wish I had gotten the free version first before committing. The re-delivery terminals which worked fine when I tested them, and haven't had any failed delivery complaints yet (opposed to the last vendor system I switched from).
There is a description field that is useless when configuring each vendor, a messy and unattractive string is visible to customers on the vendor itself when looking at it in hovertext. You must add at least 50 characters to push the mess of letters/numbers off the visible part of the field, whereas this was not an issue with the Hippo vendors. I inquired about this, and got a flippant response that 'you can use 50 characters if it means so much to you' AND 'my customers won't even notice a code in the hovertext', which is quite an assumption considering *I* noticed it, and it was like pulling teeth simply asking if there was a workaround.
So you lose a couple of stars for rudeness, and apathy to a design flaw. Considering the low cost of the system, and 'free' support, you get what you pay for, so don't expect perfection. The system so far appears to work as designed, but if I find any other problems I guess I will either accept it as is, or shop for something else. I came away with the impression they already have my money, so pointless to complain.
Would I recommend this to other people? Maybe - if they were looking for an easy to use system that doesn't have to be attractive AND you don't need any help with it.
