Catseye "Faun Kit" Version 1.43

I had these awhile ago when I seen them come out.. I been using Adam a lot lately.. and I had no idea an update happened to include a fit for me, up till this point I managed to squeak into the Slink Hourglass fit 'okay' .. So nice for adding new sizes! Thanks a ton!

The kit is fantastic on it's own with what it started with, now it's even better lol.

Finally, faun legs that conform to my shape instead of the other way around! Seamless with my Maitreya Lara.

I can't say enough about these legs and their creator.

First off, the mesh is incredibly well made. While relatively low poly, it does still look fantastic, and really, it beats most legs out there as far as anatomy goes. The only thing I can recommend to improve the mesh for the creator would be to not be afraid to go a little more high poly if you really want to smooth the mesh out, especially around the hoof itself. It's a tiny bit sharp and pointy!

There is one minor issue with the legs - and this is not the creator's fault - but if you have tattoo layers on your mesh body worn with the legs, the tattoo layers will vanish under the leg fluff at the top, and this is due to alpha blending. For optimal results, I recommend changing alpha blending to alpha masking instead, with a value of between 100 and 200.

Working with the PSDs is also really easy! Everything is layered nicely and well labeled, a godsend for someone like me that's not patient enough to sift through everything to try and memorize what is where. While the legs offer a good variety of preset textures, making your own is as simple as drawing patterns on a new layer, saving the file and slapping the texture in the mesh's texture slot. 1, 2, and done!

And with so many supported mesh bodies, and the creator willing to rig more fits, you can't go wrong. This is saying nothing about Catty's customer service, which in itself is wonderful. A lovely creator with a lovely product.

All in all, 5/5 stars for quality, price and customer service. I hope you make more awesome products, Catty, and thank you so much for giving us this one!

Most of this is perfect and has a lot of choices. I am really glad that it is fitmesh, fits pretty tight to the body on Belleza Freya, and has thick enough legs and hooves to not look weird/deformed.

It responds to the leg muscle slider so I can have my body all the shape I've wanted for some time now. I've been a faun for years and the switch to a mesh body meant having to contort my shape to fit into the faun leg choices I could find. Now I have my own shape as I desire it, on the body I wanted.

Lots of fur options, and mod so I can mess with them further.

I did go in and remove all the hidden inside prims (I set them to default transparent texture, alpha mask 1) for the legs and tail, in order to reduce the Avatar Complexity hit by a few thousand.

I found the ears use up way too much graphics resources, and about 22,000 avatar complexity (Draw Weight). Even after using the default transparency + alpha mask 1 setting trick, they still had a hit of about 6000 complexity each.

One of the three horn choices is a sculpty, but all three look nice and have very low avatar complexity.

But despite the ears the kit is very worth it as the legs and matching tail are just perfect and highly customizable.

This is absolutely amazing! The amount of fitted versions, along with the texture, makes it such a complete pack, and for such a great price.. It's perfect! The mesh itself is also one of the best hooves out there!

I did my own textures on legs for matching my hair, it's really cool looking, simply ask the creator for the leg's textures :D
