Dear customer,

Thank you for your interest - , or your purchase of this Jos Joszpe designs Cave in land.

This wonderful and very spacious cave , built of 23 prim,has 22x22 sqm footprint and it sits down into the ground to a depth of approximately 6.6 meters.The entrance to the cave is on top hidden behind a bush.

The cave features a nice land on top to fit into standard SL mainland grass parcels. The cave is modify so you can edit your textures to match the land you own. The cave features a nice spacious interior suitable to be use as home or house - or simply build a house on top of it. Who do you think might notice your cave under your house ? You need edit rights for to edit terrain. You get as extra 5 rocks to edit your landscaping to your satisfaction.
Of course the cave can be used as a sky-box on its own as well.

Not satisfied by what you did ... simply delete everything , pull out the rez-box again and you have the cave in its original state right there again!

No worries when building. you cannot loose your cave. the packadge rezzes it over and over again. Jus make sure not to delete it from your inventory.

While it looks great and good prim count, I couldn't use it. But that's my fault, I didnt realize it was square and my 512 parcel is rectangle and too short on the short side. Sady because I really like the look of it. Good job and thanks anyway! *****
