CentovaCast Vendor

This scriptset rents audio-streams supported by Centova Cast Streaming Radio Control Panel, the world's most advanced Internet radio stream hosting control panel. Refer to http://www.centova.com/en/cast

Our in-world vendor communicates with the Centova Cast Control Panel on your web server via XML-over-HTTP Centova Cast API. It automatically creates Centova streaming accounts for new renters upon receiving payment and tracks their rents. If the rent period expires without renewal the Centova account is deleted.

The vendor rents a single audio-stream defined in its configuration. To rent several different audio-streams you need to rez one vendor per each stream. An intra-sim networking option for communicating between the vendors is available separately (see related items).

If you don't have a web server you cannot rent out audio-streams and cannot use this product. If you have a web server, many hosting companies offer Centova Cast service either free of charge or for a small monthly fee. If you don't have Centova Cast service on your web server it must be leased monthly from Centova Technologies, Inc. Your web server must meet specific system requirements to install Centova Cast.

Centova API is usually included in the Centova Cast download (api.php file) and is available with Centova Cast service. If you are not a direct subscriber to Centova Cast, contact your web server hosting company first and verify that Centova XML-API version 3 is installed and available.

We do not provide a board shown in the picture. The scriptset comes in a box. You may load the scripts into any object either a single or a multi-prim. Detailed user manual is included.
