I am proud to present our first 1/4 sim build.
* this does cover an entire 1/4 be sure you have the space (128 x 128)
This is great detail and only 1171 prim, 1175 if you use the included base.

Included is a texture change HUD that changes the grass patches and all of the trees.
11 grass textures
7 leave textures for the large trees
5 bark textures for the large trees
8 leave textures for the smaller trees
4 bark textures for the smaller trees.

With the included base this works on land or in the sky.
(the base is also has a marker where to place the building rez box for easy centering on your land)

We have also included a full perm teleport system to make getting around a little quicker.

The lights and fires are all on/off by touch. The fires also have a menu for the owner to make changes.

Lower level - There is a semi enclosed entry way with stairs down to the docks.
A main hallway with 6 cells with doors operated by levers.
6 additional rooms are on this level.
On the right side you will also find a 7th room just down a small set of steps.
On each side is a staircase going up to the next level.
On each side of the lower level you will find a hidden door leading to more rooms.
*facing the front of the building*
The hidden door on the left- leads down a small set of steps to 2 rooms and a long
hallway that leads to the cave entrance at the other end of the docks,
here you will find to cave rooms ( a good place to put your lycans lol :)
The hidden door on the right- leads down a curved hallway where you will find
another 2 rooms and a cave room that leads out the tunnel near the front
of the ground.
Main level - There is a patio area on the front side. 5 rooms plus a big open space.
The left side has 2 doors leading out to a small patio and one on the right side as well.
Top level - Here you will find 5 rooms 2 patio areas and some open space with cool views looking over
the railing to the floor below.

Everything is copy/mod so you can have more or less plants, lights, etc.

Materials - parts in this build use the new materials textures (normal and specular maps). These result in a much more realistic
viewing experience.
**To see the effects you must have the "Advanced Lighting Model" box checked in Preferences>Graphics Tab**

The doors use Kool door scripts that are up-gradable to the role-play
