This latest Prefab House is 99% Mesh and is another detailed build. This house is very spacious considering it's actual footprint size! It's a two story home with Large Living Area, 4 bedrooms and eat-in kitchen. Front and Back Porch and includes many extras. The Dimension are 30 meters by 30 Meters and total land impact is 385. However this can be reduced if you remove many of the extra details that I threw in like the Fireplace, ceiling fan or awnings etc. They are linked separate so they can be easily removed without having to modify the rest of the house. - I personally do not like cramped homes that are not SL friendly with the viewing camera, meaning it's hard to get good views while inside a house because of the low ceilings or narrow areas. So I made sure to test this house out well as I built it with the default camera settings so that you get good views while inside and less camera collisions and such.
If you have basic building skills this house is super easy to edit and change to whatever suits you. Great for decorating! I think owners will be very pleased with the super detail and quality in this build and the extra bonus items included that allows a great more flexibility in how you layout and edit your new home. I think it makes for a great lake side or beach home in the country settings. The Fireplace and Lights (both porch & ceiling) can be turned off and on with a click, or set to auto come on with Sim Time. Feel free to add your own door scripts or edit these door scripts if you like but I've never found them to be any use in preventing anyone from getting past them since everyone can just click to teleport to locations.
I hope the price is fair as I've not built in a long time but I think this house compares to houses that sell for way over this price. I don't think you should have to be rich to be able to enjoy SL quality. So I hope the low price and top quality makes new owners of this home even more happy with their purchase!

I love the house but i cant stand all the seems showing white. I have rerezzed it several times in a few location still the same problem. I want to use this house bad but i cant..beause the seems get to me..ugg...:)
Beautiful House!
First off, I want to say that this is a gorgeous house. The textures and layout are wonderful and I absolutely love it. Now the bad - like previous reviewers have said, the lack of any animations in the bathroom/kitchen were disappointing. Also, seems a bit "primmy" for a Mesh house, which makes me think its not very optimized. I noticed when I was retexturing some of the floors and walls that they were multiple pieces. For example, I own a similar size/detail Mesh house that's 110 prims (although did not include kitchen/bathroom fixtures). On a 500 prim piece of land doesn't leave much room for decorating. That being said, I'm happy with it overall and would highly recommend it if prims aren't an issue.
Expensive for what it is
I felt this was expensive for a box that has no animations. I was excited to see a full restroom.. but it didn't run water. I felt a bit ripped off that other homes I see for cheaper have these full animations. The texture and layout of the home is awesome, but sad I have to buy another home now.

I have been dreaming about living in this house for a long time. I finally bought it and I am so happy with my purchase! It's a truly beautiful build and rediculously low priced.
I had one tiny issue and the creator responded promptly with help.
I am completely satisfied and impressed with the creator and the home.

Dammed good houses you are really good at it and you do it so we can all see our selfs in them buetyful I bought the yellow house now this gosh I'm super pleased with all of it ty sending big hug for you ☺price is lovely compared to some I have seen they need to follow your example and your talent you don't get flickers on walls or things misbehaving good honest house with thought in it good use of layout my little treasure
Minor issues
I really like the house but it does have a few issues. There are a few places where you can see the seams of where it's put together that I wish were not visible. Also, I cannot get the lights (either inside or outside) to turn on/off. Other than that, it's a cute house!
