This latest Prefab House is 99% Mesh and is another detailed build. This house is very spacious considering it's actual footprint size! It's a two story home with Large Living Area, 4 bedrooms and eat-in kitchen. Front and Back Porch and includes many extras. The Dimension are 30 meters by 30 Meters and total land impact is 385. However this can be reduced if you remove many of the extra details that I threw in like the Fireplace, ceiling fan or awnings etc. They are linked separate so they can be easily removed without having to modify the rest of the house. - I personally do not like cramped homes that are not SL friendly with the viewing camera, meaning it's hard to get good views while inside a house because of the low ceilings or narrow areas. So I made sure to test this house out well as I built it with the default camera settings so that you get good views while inside and less camera collisions and such.
If you have basic building skills this house is super easy to edit and change to whatever suits you. Great for decorating! I think owners will be very pleased with the super detail and quality in this build and the extra bonus items included that allows a great more flexibility in how you layout and edit your new home. I think it makes for a great lake side or beach home in the country settings. The Fireplace and Lights (both porch & ceiling) can be turned off and on with a click, or set to auto come on with Sim Time. Feel free to add your own door scripts or edit these door scripts if you like but I've never found them to be any use in preventing anyone from getting past them since everyone can just click to teleport to locations.
I hope the price is fair as I've not built in a long time but I think this house compares to houses that sell for way over this price. I don't think you should have to be rich to be able to enjoy SL quality. So I hope the low price and top quality makes new owners of this home even more happy with their purchase!

Final Conclusion
We used it some time and it looks just good! The prim-count is rather low so you can put it on cheap parcels too and still have a lot of prims over to furnish your house. The price of 575 L$ is perfect!
Good but could be better!
Nice floor plan and is quite spacious, but the seams of the build are done horribly. Could have been fixed easily enough if textured properly, but as is, you can see where every single prim meets.

I always like to customize my home but some mesh builds make it hard to remove walls and texture it differently. This is a perfect family home that is very customizable. There was some small alignment issues and gaps that showed up but it was easy to fix and for the price it is totally worth it. I love the extras it came with too.
Mediocre build
The layout of the house and the textures are absolutely great. The rezzer works like a charm. HOWEVER... The build is poor. Everywhere you look ugly seams and panels not lining up. Flickering textures throughout (which you can fix, but that is not the idea of buying a prefab).
The extra's like boathouse and garage with additional rooms are nice. Therefor 3 stars. This could very well by 10 stars if more attention was paid to the building...
