There was once a corner store down in Chelsea. Actually I don't remember if it was a pharmacy or a pub... but the building is still there and you can use it.

This building features 100% mesh modeling and all original baked textures to recreate the perfect Victorian atmosphere. We always keep in mind the end user needs so we keep the Land Impact as low as possible and the LOD (level of detail) as good as possible.
The house comes with copy and mod permissions
The footprint is 17 x 18 and the Land Impact (prim count) is 44
The doors are menu driven for an easy control (left click and hold and slide out then release to access the menu)

This building is so cute and adds nicely to the Soho City builders kit from Ex Machina. I really like the back door that leads to the upstairs portion.

Excellently Textured and Realistic
I use this building as a British Public House (bar) and it fits perfectly with the Soho set from this maker. Five big stars!

This is fantastic and worth every penny I love to build and I am very picky but I love the quality this is a really nice build and at 850 its very affordable. I couldnt build this for that price in time alone.
