There was once a corner store down in Chelsea. Actually I don't remember if it was a pharmacy or a pub... but the building is still there and you can use it.

This building features 100% mesh modeling and all original baked textures to recreate the perfect Victorian atmosphere. We always keep in mind the end user needs so we keep the Land Impact as low as possible and the LOD (level of detail) as good as possible.
The house comes with copy and mod permissions
The footprint is 17 x 18 and the Land Impact (prim count) is 44
The doors are menu driven for an easy control (left click and hold and slide out then release to access the menu)

So impressed. The outside stairs that take you up to the second floor totally work, and the light through the windows that illuminates the floor adjusts to whatever environment setting I use. The textures are so realistic. Immaculate attention to detail and craftsmanship. Scale is spot on, and everything works as it should. Can't wait to see more!
