Сlock. Time has been set by default to Moscow.
You can translate the clock to the right time.
To do this, go to Edit mode related objects and click on the arrow tip. Then turn on its axis.

More than a texture and Perfect for what i Need
This is exactly what i was looking for. But unlike what the previous buyer said, it is not simply a texture.
