Better than it looks
Rezzes as pictured, but the main pieces are not linked to the room. Lovely animations, sink is very nice, all reasonable in prims. No water in tank or bowl but you can add a water prims of desired. I removed the toilet lid to save prims and this ended up being my most used bathroom set, both in vintage and modern settings. Great item!
