Less than stellar
I bought this Contest Board for a recent event I was holding, and I've had nothing but problems with it. The board only shows one of the three people entered in the contest.
I attempted to contact support, which is through email only, and the only response I received was to get the latest version and check the configuration notecard. Not solving my problem, I tried contacting support again, and have not heard back from them since. There is no inworld support and they claim they give no refunds, so I am stuck with an expensive contest board that doesn't work.
Be cautious when purchasing items from this company. You'll end up with no support.
Welp. I used it.
I used it, and I have to say.... it did exactly what I needed. Which is great. Didn't do it in a complex way, and didn't make it hyper annoying to do. I find it odd the notecard in mine had less options than on the video tutorial, but I probably just didn't read that it was removed, or there was an update.
The layout is a bit boring, but I redid it all, thank you for making it mod! And the other contest boards annoyed me, in that they were no copy. I require copy, I like to disect things and see how they work, and that usually breaks them.
So again, I thank you for the product, works nicely, here's a 5 stars. Hope it gets you more bizzniss.
