Tucked away in this forest partially hidden by trees is a beautiful cottage. Butterflies circle overhead, birds look on curiously and the fawns eat grass and lay relaxing. There is smoke coming from the chimney and gentle light spills from the windows. Welcome to Peaceful Retreat, part of the Woodland Forest collection.

FEATURES

Good quality mesh cottage and forest with trees, plants, flowers, animated butterflies, animated fawns and birds.
Land impact is 435 prims at size 64M X 64M X 31M high.
The cottage is a separate object and is 105 prims so if you just wanted the building you can simply delete everything else.
The cottage has 2 floors and plenty of room inside with an outside balcony area.

All windows and doors are scripted.
Touch the fawns/birds to start animations.
Packaged in a rez-faux for easy setup.
Permissions are copy/modify on all my builds but the scripts are copy only.
