Doors - can be locked and access can be set for group or individual by the notecard inside each door.
Chimney smoke - can be turned on or off.

The ONLY thing I can fault is that full perm textures aren't included. I'd love to dirty up the outside a little. Otherwise it's perfect. Easy to rez, low prim and amazing detail.
