A simple but cute cottage with a medieval feel. Using only 26 prims / Land Impact you will have plenty of space left for decoration even on a 512 sqm parcel.

The building itself is all mesh with the exception of a single cube prim near the door which is the control for the door locks and the lamps.

The building is copy/mod but the scripts are copy only. It can be retextured using normal textures with no special skills required if you like and I have included in the box an alternate stone texture for you to experiment with.

Approximate footprint is 11.5 X 9 meters.

IMPORTANT: Requires mesh enabled viewer to display properly.

Unbelievable textures. I swear I got a splinter when running my hand along a framing beam. I found this on a search for a low prim mesh house in the Marketplace. I had to go see Domineaux's 'place' to see what else she has. This cottage may go back to inventory in a while. Not because it's bad, au contraire, but because Domineaux has more even to buy with just as awesome textures. (Go see what she has 'in person') Glad I have this cottage.
