This grungy undercity/cyberpunk city kit was made for sim builders. All items in the images are included (except the vehicle and NPC) and much, much more! More than 170 objects in fact! Including but not limited to:
- A road kit
- Various walls and facades
- Towers and building blocks
- Interiors
- Add-ons like balconies, chimneys, buttresses, etc.
- Street lights, ATM-machine, comm booth, ad signs, holotrees, scaffolding, containers, crates, wires, pipes, tubes, barrels, trash bins, dumpsters, and the list goes on...
All items are copy, mod and make use of the materials system (normal + specular maps). Textures aren't included (because there are 400+ in total) but if you need any specific ones for modification purposes, feel free to contact me!
Disclaimer:
- Using this kit requires advanced building skills.

Favorite thing!
Built most of my sim with this kit, you can view what I did with it at Star Wars Legacies Corellia, map name "SWRP" . It has many options on the type of build you could do with it, you could easily build a cyberpunk colony rather than a city or even make interiors out of it, it's very versatile with how much comes with it. Could have easily been split into several kits for a lot more than the asking price so for sure worth it!
Cyberpunk for days.
Well, I'm not sure what to tell you other than Jashin has struck again with another great product. If you compare this to other kits of a similar nature you will find yourself lacking a true comparison.
This kit has over 170 individual mesh items which allow you to customize a city in any way that you want and give it that futuristic dystopia feel. You got doors, you got windows, you got stalls, you got walls, you got kiosks, signs, busted separations. It's easy to make a full building out of this, and the fact that you could do an entire city block without a thing looking the same is quite versatile. If I were to recommend any kit to build your city out of, it would be this.
I would argue that the ease of use is almost higher than the versatility, you can use most objects with the snap to grid feature and ontop of that it keeps good distances with other objects in the pack. This kit has already been used in major build projects on the grid and if you want to see it in action just take a look around some of the grungy looking sci-fi sims.
Final verdict: This product is an easy 10 out of 5 stars, and considering what you get in the pack is more than worth the small value you pay for it. This can be used repeatedly, wherever and whenever its needed. A strong compliment to it's maker and his skills.
