This grungy undercity/cyberpunk city kit was made for sim builders. All items in the images are included (except the vehicle and NPC) and much, much more! More than 170 objects in fact! Including but not limited to:

- A road kit
- Various walls and facades
- Towers and building blocks
- Interiors
- Add-ons like balconies, chimneys, buttresses, etc.
- Street lights, ATM-machine, comm booth, ad signs, holotrees, scaffolding, containers, crates, wires, pipes, tubes, barrels, trash bins, dumpsters, and the list goes on...

All items are copy, mod and make use of the materials system (normal + specular maps). Textures aren't included (because there are 400+ in total) but if you need any specific ones for modification purposes, feel free to contact me!

Disclaimer:
- Using this kit requires advanced building skills.
- To save on Land Impact not all items have accurate physical shapes.
- Be sure to check the physical shapes after linking objects. Linking prim items to convex hull items can change the settings.
- Land Impact may increase when you scale objects up.
- Chairs and doors are unscripted.
- Be sure to read the manual!

Amazing and Well Worth It

I went back and forth on this set so many times because of the cost (which is definitely a fair price, for sure) and no demo, but I have seen bits and pieces of it around so sort of knew what was included.

But I was totally unprepared for how amazing it is. You truly do get everything you could ever need, from walls and shop fronts to general sim decor. The kit is very well thought out, and there is an immense amount of work that went into this. The pieces are very forgiving with placement, fitting together easily even without snapping to grid. I think even someone without tons of building experience could fuss around with it and make something cool, but as noted it does take some build knowledge to use.

My only critique (small one) is that the roads are not fully "seamless." When lining up pieces, there is a pretty obvious demarcation between them and some sections have to be stretched a bit to align them perfectly. It's not a dealbreaker and most people probably wouldn't notice. I still used them because the materials look great in Windlight and you can't really see it in pictures. This is about as close to perfect as you can get for a building kit.

Do not hesitate to buy this set! I rarely write reviews because I'm lazy about it, but had to sing the praises for this incredible artwork.

Creator came and showed us all pieces to make sure it fit our theme etc, and it's all super well made - low prim, rly high focus on small details, would be rly good deal on 10x the price, total steal on 8k.
