Good airplane for pilots with some experience with smaller planes
estrella llena estrella llena estrella llena estrella llena estrella vacía Publicado June 27, 2015 por Starbuckk Serapis

Airplane flies well though my fight instructor commented that it seems to want to nose up a bit much. I noticed what seemed like a little strong vertical attraction that might bother experienced pilots but newer pilots will probably appreciate it.

On the outside, the plane looks great. Very realistic design and and fun to fly. Can't hold sim crossings against any plane in SL because at least for me they are just bad with anything including my own builds. This plane does as good as any other or a little better.

The inside of the plane is good as well but does not stack up to Dani's newer planes. Seats are not as sleek as the Phenom planes. Pillowed head rests and seams are textured instead of meshed like on the Phenom.

Camera view doesn't seem to have the options of the newer Phenom version. I prefer a camera angle that is slightly above the plane.

Both interior and HUD need to be brought up to date with the newer planes.

I'm not fond of no-modify objects as I would love to be able to repurpose it as a medevac or cargo ship. But that's a marketing choice and I suspect for most pilots this will be immaterial. This will onl bug serious tinkerers like me :).

You CAN change the color and logos, and a few vendors have built different variations of color schemes and markings. There is even a wearable addon you can buy from another third party builder that really fancies up the interior.

Bottom line: If your looking for a turboprop and are a fairly new or even experienced to some degree pilot, grab this plane. If you are torn between this and the Phenom, have more extensive experience, or want a jet, the Phenom is probably a better choice.

great plane, but

I like this plane, its really enjoyable to fly but still has few lacks.

1st: The sim crossing time should be made shorter, sometimes the plane "runs" from under you, which is really annoying and can be felt by pilot and passenger also in same time (same issue can be felt with the 170 also, but not with other dani planes)

2nd: The landing with it its way hard, still needs some update.
Should descend faster as it does now and not to pitch up in crazy way and stall

3rd: Autopilot is one word what Dani should learn, all modern planes has one.At least add hold alt to it, that would improve a lot (not that i can t fly without ap, but it can be handy sometimes)

I give credit to the creator though and i give 4 stars in the hope that he will fix this things with the next update

The E-120 is a beautiful build, very enjoyable to fly, and wonderful to paint. It flies nicely, and yet still requires a little skill which makes it even more fun.

Great Job Dani Josh Noonan

One of the few civilian planes I own in SL and when I saw this for the first time, I had to have one. This one was very well worth the $L and I have yet to be disappointed with a plane from this vendor yet! I am looking forward to getting some more from them. I do have one in mind already.

An exceptional Value and Amazing Detail

One thing I noticed immediately is that over-head panel and dash board were click able. I was thrilled to have this option because I am an SL pilot who loves to fly in mouse look. I love the fact I don't need the HUD and can save the weight for my NAV HUD. I flew from Second Norway to New Horizons. I did not take passengers ; I needed to get to know this plane. I followed the instruction cards. I was a little concerned about some of the amazing features that were not on the note-card. I also noticed some of the instructions were a little off. As the designer stated he is Portuguese; I asked fellow pilots I seen at the airports. Some were just a little confused as I was. One major issue is the battery. Not many pilots know that when the battery is low, you can recover the amps by activating external power. If you look in mouse look at the Number Panel where your BATT charge is, you can see it charging. Most pilots were just deleting the plane. Another snag was the Brake and Flaps. The designer limited the seats only up and down; not back... therefore no matter how big or small you avi is , you will not have the ability to touch the brake or flaps in mouse look; you will notice your arm is in the way. Next, the fuel pump; Did not come with clear instructions. I had to play around a little until I heard the Beep... then you have to click the On Button and press the number of fuel you want in your plane. You can either look on the tail or look at your fuel gauge in mouse look to get an estimate. Lastly, the Cabin Lights, they are cool but super bright. Its OK, though. I did get them to work . The instructions say something different, but the correct way is typing CL. Minus the snags , I love this plane. I think it would be ideal to re-make the note-card for better understanding. Many Features that this plane offers seem to be missing instruction. I do my part by helping other pilots when I am out and about. This is a really fun plane, and very real looking. Thank You D
