D-120 Version 1.9

After the support group shut down, I wasn´t certain if I should buy that plane. I did and I am very happy with it. Off course you need some kind of skill to fly a plane in SL, but SL Pilots know that. So i don´t understand rude comments like "it is too fast if I take it 70%" Yes off course it is, Read manuals guys there it says cruising 40%.I cruise with 30% at 250-280 mtrs. Going from Blake View West to the Seychelles with no Problem at all, not one! Off course it´s a good idea having a minimum script load and flying at times where not too many cross your course with high script loads due to .......So Blue Skies Guys, this Plane rocks.

The explanation on instructions is insufficient. Until the take-off , it takes too much time . It's NOT Low Lag. I did not enjoy it enough .

I want to like it - it looks nice, sounds nice (aside from some popping because the editor didn't enable zero crossing), and once you figure out what the HUD buttons do, it's unobtrusive and simple. It has some problems though, that make it annoying.

- The thing is simply too fast. If you go anywhere over 70% throttle, you will be crossing sims too quickly to control it. The 1.2 update improved this a bit, but it still needs work - plus, now there is a bit too much lift at low speeds, making it difficult to land (and practically impossible to flare).
- Turning on the ground is still a bit overpowered, making it difficult to stay centered.
- You can't cut off both engines at the same time; you must wait for each to spin down individually.
- The flaps control is unintuitive; as it is only one button, you're basically stuck with whatever the plane feels like giving you. From what I can tell, it's retracted, 30 deg, or full.
- Many of the sounds are TriggerSound (gear, flaps, etc.) so they are not attached to the plane while it moves.
- The props use TargetOmega which is broken and rubberbands. Although, from my own testing, the only way to avoid this is to not use it.
- The cockpit is lazy, despite the interactive bits. Beyond the spelling mistakes which also show up in the chat commands, some dials are fullbright (not that any of them work) yet the lights and displays are not.
- The painting particle effect is obnoxious and tacky. Also, it would be nice to have a non-branded theme or two out of the box, as not all of us are keen on violating trademarks.
- I am a proponent of no shadow prim; it needlessly increases LI and looks stupid when shadows are on. Having it enabled by default is a bit annoying.

This is very close to being my favorite plane, but it just could be better.

Fell in love with this plane from the 1st flight. Easy to learn, easy to fly, handles great, looks great, just all around great aircraft. Well worth the money I spent. Very easy to re-paint as well :)

Nice successor after E170. You can feel mass of it and have momentum that makes landing on small runways more difficult. Mouselook view is suitable + life cockpit panels/buttons make flight experience enjoyable.

It is unbelievable that Mr.Daniels was able to come so fast after his already big masterpeace , THE E-170. That he was able to make so fast after This Art peace with a Capital A, So fast another State of the Art, airplane, THE E-120. It is now a fact that Mr. Daniels Fall is at the moment one of the leading airplane builders in the virtual World Of Second-life. The E 120 commes with even more real working buttons , and is even, so realisyic made, that in the trunjk you will even find the passengers suitcases. Another proof that Mr. Daniels have also a great eye for detailles. Just like the E-170, the E-120 Will be used as the Pride of our fleet Philippine Airlines -SL. We only can recomand to buy the E-120 if you are a true aviation lover. You will never regret it. And you will get an awesome service after you buy to. not only before you buy, verry, important.
