Instructions:
1. Rez a billboard
2. Open it and drop in your full permission textures
3. Power the unit on from the owner-only touch menu
4. Select a time for the billboard to change from the time menu
Pre-loads the next texture in line on the last displayed slat face, in order to maximize loading before that face is displayed.
After adding/removing textures while powered on, new additions may not appear until their next turn is cycled through.
Texture order is determined alphabetically.
You can resize because it has modify permissions. Grab it and stretch. The default size included is large, but you can stretch it down very tiny.

IT WORKS But it is not smooth
some of the tiles don't flip so you see parts of the other pictures or textures and see the lines I have seen better but this one is nice don't get me wrong the stands are great the only issue is that the textures show lines. I have tried it on slower timer and faster and it does it on both almost like the prims are a little out of line on the billboard itself.
